Julia helped me tremendously! I was travelling for days and accidentally put in the wrong date for my stay so showed up a day late!!! She still applied the fee to the day I needed with a bit of an extra charge because my old rate was a weekday rate and I showed on the weekend but it was still a discount. I’m very grateful

It was lovely and clean. Decor was lovely. Pool and surrounding area was great and a huge outdoor lounge area with comfortable chairs. Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed. We arrived earlier than expected and we were able to check in early and managed to get a later check out as well

The building is a historical with an interesting history; it was really amazing. The room was perfect, extremely large and spacious. The evening cocktail party was an added bonus we didn't know. It was complimentary red and white wine and hors d'oeuvres. The location was perfect. We went for a walk along the riverfront, hopped on a trolley car and toured the city. I wish we had time to spend more then one night. We will definitely be going back.

Savannah is a hauntingly beautiful city in the South.

Savannah is a hauntingly beautiful city in the South. The Hostess City is one of the most haunted places in the United States. A necropolis built on top of it's deceased surrounded by live Oaks draped with Spanish moss and home to old luxurious buildings and parks. You can feel and see the charming city almost frozen in time with old preserved mansions, mysterious cemeteries and grand squares. Definitely beckons you to return again and again.

We very much liked the location with a large choice of nearby ( just across the street ) bar / restaurants, a large grocery store, beauty shops, clothing stores and short drive from Old Town Savannah. Getting around Savannah by car is very challenging with bumper to bumper traffic even the 3 lane roads on weekdays and finding parking is nearly impossible amongst the large 20sqm group of one way roads in Old Town Savannah.

We use Savannah as an overnight location for 14 years now and tried a lot of places. I think there are better Inns for the same price just as close to the interstate. Savannah is a lovely and quaint ccity.

This is my 4th trip to Savannah as we enjoy visiting for our anniversary. This trip, however, was less enjoyable because the smell of recreational smoking was everywhere because it's legal there. There wasn't much done to enforce noise control past 11. We had to listen to sport bikes race up and down the roads while loudly revving the engines into 1am. We also paid for a ghost tour by horse drawn carriage and it was wonderful. It's short sighted and bad taste that the city wants to replace them for E carriages. That takes away from the experience but they are ok with the city gaining the reputation of being the stinkiest place to visit and filled with drunks all weekend. I will be rethinking another visit until something changes. That smell does not come out of your clothing easily. The parking was also the worst I have seen. Very few garages that charge 10$ a day or parking lot that charges you$40 for overnight.

Arichitectural tour and Dolphin eco cruise were fabulous.

Arichitectural tour and Dolphin eco cruise were fabulous. I also took an Uber to Skidaway island state park and took a 90 minute nature walk which was fabulous . They also have many great kayak trips out there but the weather didn't cooperate.
