The breakfast was abundant and varied, with options for everyone. Likewise, the buffet dinner was just what I was looking for. The gym, pool, lobby, and restaurant facilities were just perfect, as was the room, which was spacious, clean, and quiet. The service from the managers, reception, and restaurant was 10/10. A hotel with a good family and business atmosphere. Excellent Wi-Fi throughout. Excellent location for the Columbus Convention Center and getting around the city.

Breakfast was amazing, besides the breakfast staff arguing and could be heard. Also one of the staff was extremely rude to my daughter when she asked if they had any OJ. The check in was quick and friendly. Incidentals was reasonable. The bar tender was extremely pleasant. The young lady at night was a little off but she said she was having some personal issues.

We needed a pool for my daughters birthday party (nine of us total) I was worried that staff might ask us to be quiet but they were so lovely. The lobby was perfect for playing a board game on a big family sized table.
