I love this place, great hotel, nice atmosphere. Always clean, cozy, calm. Very nice administrative staff, as well as very good service. Special thanks to the administrators Sharon and Jeannette! Professional, attentive attitude to the guests. I appreciated it! I also wanted to thank Caroline for the excellent service in the restaurant!! I really enjoyed it! . Thank you very much to the chef for the deliciously cooked chicken and juicy fish dish. It was so delicious!!!! Thank you so much guys for your job 👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏 I wish you all the best!! I stayed with Omar and his family for a short overnight at JFK. The host met me, let me in, helped me with my luggage, provided me an overview of the room and amenities. This is a huge plus for middle-aged woman traveling alone exhausted from a long journey! The room was comfortable, well appointed things were easy to find, it was very clean. And I have to know that the mattress was very comfortable with a memory foam top, and buttery soft sheets. This was also very welcome after two weeks in a country where people sleep on mattresses that feel like wooden boards. I slept well early in the morning to go back to the airport refreshed.

It is a good idea to spend time walking in the West End to...

It is a good idea to spend time walking in the West End to catch great music. I also really liked the restaurants on E Park. Easy to park your car and visit places. I suggest going to Arts in the Plaza on Saturday. Then take the car to drive to other places in Long Island.

The hotel was too expensive and the service was horrible: no tv, no WiFi, rusty water, dirty ice, the front desk attendant was not available when I called ten times, the phone was busy each time, they didn’t have any breakfast for the price I paid to stay at that expensive hotel, I was not satisfied at all.

I was looking forward to stay in this hotel, the location seemed perfect but there were a few things lacking such us no room service, the food and drinks were just OK. The staff did not seem very happy or welcoming. People working on the rooftop pool were in a rush to leave and I had to almost beg to get drinks. The sheets and tub were dirty! I liked that they had bike rentals and we enjoyed riding on the boardwalk, the hotel provided chairs for the beach but not umbrellas so we had to pay extra to rent them. Unfortunately the hotel did not meet our expectations and I don’t think we will go back again.

Long Beach is getting cleaned up and I was there the 2nd week in August with good weather. I found it to be extremely crowded, Parking was very difficult so I ended up paying 44.00 per night at the overpriced hotel I stayed at. The boardwalk is pleasant and busy. The beach is wide and windy. The ocean had strong surf. It is easy to bike or walk in Long Beach because it is totally flat. If you have a car that's great --- but not if you do not have a parking spot. The LIRR from NYC is convenient. Uber and Lyft do not operate as easily here. It is tricky to arrange transportation to the airports, do that in advance if you need it. My family usually has a reunion here because of logistical considerations --- otherwise, I would never come here. If you want a lovely relaxing natural beach experience, go somewhere else. This is a very citified beach area with bad transportation.

I was worried about the hotel after looking at reviews online , but was pleasantly surprised, good bed and shower. Good restaurant with lovely staff, and loved the location on the boardwalk which was fully utilised on an autumn day!

Great location by the beach- modern hotel with great views directly over the ocean and boardwalk. Room was modern and comfortable with a good restaurant and roof top pool with pool side service. We would stay here again :)

Excellent location, my first choice for many years for summer holiday. Eating in the hotel nearly all day is a good choice, especially if you have plenty of opportunities nearby .
