very spacious, clean , comfortable , located near historical sites and heart of the shopping centre. massive car park backs into the hotel on level 3 and you just walk in and there is no charge for hotel customers. staff are also very friendly and helpful. nit to mention it was good value for money. will be back.

Gracious hosts, Cihan and his family were very welcoming and accommodating. Cihan drove me to Alacam waterfall and back and in the evening, to a restaurant that serves local trout while on the way showing me the village. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Enjoyed watching the sunset and breathing the fresh air from the garden/patio outside my room. They served fresh, delicious and generous turkish breakfast; vegetables, cheeses, egg, breads, fruits and raspberry juice. This place is a bit remote. If one does not drive, to get here, from Bursa can take the metro to Kestel and from Kestel take a bus to the hotel. Cihan who is very informative can provide the bus timetables. Or one can take a taxi.

Wonderful family stay – felt like home! We stayed at this hotel as a family — my wife, our children, and I — and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere was warm and homey, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and everything was clean and comfortable. It was a perfect place for a family getaway. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. We would love to come back again!
