The hotel is absolutely stunning, and the service is truly exceptional. Benjamin and Efe were extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Is my 2nd time in Istambul, a marvelous City and Country. I tried to get the hotel I was 2 years before, but could´t: A LUCKY MOMENT! because I began to seek other options, and luckily I found Ring Stone Hotel just in downtown. In the begining, the price is little high, but It's worth it. We stayed 8 days. The building, the location, the front rooms, the cleaning, but the best, and this was really the optimum was the People working there, that received me like home, and support and helped me in all. Thank´s to Miss Tatiana, Mr Gokhan, Mr Salih and a beautiful Lady in the kitchen of the buffé that gave me a cooking recipe! . . and to the rest of the great Team from Ring Stone Hotel Old City. Sure I will be back!

The location. We reach almost every point of interest walking. Great Turkish delights shop (Tado) nearby. The towels were changed every day, the room was very clean.

Everything was perfect. We were a family and has very suitable family room with 2 bathroom and 2 rooms. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was close to everything, in the heart of Istanbul. The rooms were nice and fresh. The breakfast was great. I recommend it 100%, and I would stay again for sure. Thank you. One important thing! There was my child's birthday and Administrator Kenan make that day special. He has arranged the birthday cake without charge and that day make more special to us. Thanks for that again. He is very attentive.

where to start....10/10 location. couldnt ask for a better location. no slopes and you can walk to Tophane station in 3 min. from there you can take tram to Karakoy and then from there Finikler to Istaklal cad. one end or from Tophane to Kabatas and then Finikler (tunnel train) to Taksim square (other side of istaklal. you can also take Tophane to any of the stations to Sultanahmet, Eminonu or Kapali charsi. Best of all the location of hotel is on a very quiet street so absolutely no noise except for sound of prayer in early morning because mosque is very near. The room.was very big and beds were very very comfortable. best of all the lifesaver was the elevator. Staff very very helpful as they helped with stroller everyday on entrance stairs and bags coming and leaving hotel. When we asked for new bedsheets and pillows, iron and blankets they gave immediately. windows opened so lots of fresh air. room was very nice and bright.
