Arden Hotel has exceeded my expectations every stay. I have returned to the hotel 3 consecutive trips because of their excellent staff in the front lobby, the doormen, the restaurant, massage spa and housekeeping. The location is wonderfully set in the center of the city so all the attractions and activities you may wish to engage in are within walking distance or a very brief motorbike ride for 23 baht. Arden Hotel is a welcoming and safe location located on a quiet street with a 7-11 directly across and a family run thai open air restaurant a few feet away. Housekeeping by Ae-Chan was energetic and the most caring and attentive experience. She took care of me during my stay like I was family. Housekeeper Nutt, and housekeeper, Bam, both are wonderful staff members that have shown attentiveness and kindness and would make all guests feel well taken care of. Bam and Nutt make up rooms better and faster by themselves than teams of 2-3. I want to mention them because Bam and Nutt are a big reason for my return to Arden Hotel as well. The hotel is in the process of installing solar panels as well for cleaner energy sustainability.

My family and I recently stayed at BEST WESTERN PLUS NEXEN PATTAYA for 5 days, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and a variety of pillow options. The hotel's location was good, offering easy access to local attractions as there are means of transportation like tuktuk and bolt. But the best recommendations for the far places you would like to visit is bolt as they are offering friendly prices rather than tuktuk and taxis. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide range of fresh and tasty options. The overall atmosphere was luxurious yet cozy, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, my stay at BEST WESTERN PLUS NEXEN PATTAYA was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, memorable hotel experience. Cheers!

Eden With an Edge

A paradise of turquoise blue, lush vegetation, and entertainment, Pattaya is a kind of Eden: sometimes as peaceful as its temples and coral banks, and sometimes loose and edgy.  

Pattaya Beach is the liveliest area of the city. It runs parallel to the center of the city and the entertainment area, reaching its end near the racy Walking Street. It includes shopping venues like the CentralFestival Pattaya Beach, one of the biggest shopping malls in Asia.

Jomtien Beach, south of Pratamnak Hill, is the more tranquil side of the city. It's made up of beachside Pattaya accommodations, private apartments, shops, bars and restaurants.

Staying at Sunshine Hotel on Soi 8 is a good location (close to the beach & bars / walking street). The price for the room with breakfast included was the best thing because it allowed me to stay for 29 nights. The options of eating street food or at restaurants close by is also an advantage. I would recommend staying at the hotel to friends & will come back again in the future. The staff are all friendly, in particular Earth.

Fast motorcycles driving on Soi Buakhao.

Fast motorcycles driving on Soi Buakhao. Can be dangerous walking. Cars and motor cycles don't always yield to pedestrians even in crosswalks when traffic lights are present. Baht Buses always yield to pedestrians. Great mode of transportation.

Opinion is divided on pattaya as lots of people see it as just an adult entertainment city and nothing else but there is so much more too it. Due to the vast array of different people who visit pattaya there are hundreds of diverse shops restaurants and services which cater to all cultures and tastes and you can sample them all there is no frowning on of ethnic backgrounds in pattaya you can be from anywhere and you will be welcomed. Another interesting thing about this place is it is very busy yet you can find many tranquil relaxing places to chill amongst the madness. It’s a must visit place and you will find it infinitely interesting if nothing else.

The Beaches especially around Koh Larn' the night life the restaurants food and the people are friendly. be careful of the scams especially around walking street for example the kick boxing scam where they invite you into the ring for photos take your phone for photos then intimidate you for exorbetant tips! avoid the kickboxing on Walking street its a scam

The people are friendly and the beach and weather was so nice. Massage places are cheap and relaxing. Unfortunately, the place is full of scams, and if you go clubbing then definitely you will be robbed. I think this place is a one timer unless you are looking or you don’t mind dirt

Pattaya is an interesting and busy place to visit, I enjoy going there to escape the hustle and bustle of Bangkok , and even though Pattaya does get busy it retains the right for it's size feeling. Lots to do and see nearby with local taxis Bolt or Uber charging decent prices to get around. Many many restaurants and bars so you are spoiled for choice as to where to go. Going to central Pattaya late at night it is very busy and noisy so depends what you want from your trip?

I've been to Thailand many times over the last 10 years and this is only hotel that is as described. Spotless like new, state of the art air conditioning, shower perfect for everyone's needs. 32inch smart TV. Staff give a warm welcome. You will need Thb 1000 deposit on arrival against damage to the room. All the local aminaties within 2 minutes walk. Next door is Cheap Charlie's a English owned Bar Restaurant, here you can have all your home favourites for less than 200 Thb.

The room was very clean and comfortable and in a great location very close to beach road and easy walking distance to many bars/restaurants and shops. The breakfast was excellent value and the hotel has a small but nice pool up on the 9th floor. I would be very happy to stay here again. Pleasant friendly staff also.
