The situation on the hill side gave spectacular views over the bay. Both our villa and restaurants locations all gave the same wonderful experience. We invited friends to visit us for dinner one night and they (both American and local Thai) were bowled over by the location and views. Started the evening with drinks on the roof top and were treated to one of the best sunsets ever! We all acknowledged that it was not just the views that were splendid as the restaurant food was also exceptionally good. We should also mention that our villa, with its own private pool and balcony was beautifully positioned and furnished. Last word goes to the staff; from out butler to the grounds men and hotel staff in general they could not have been more accommodating - no wonder they call this ‘The land of Smiles’. Did I mention the Spa! - this is a place that could get you talking all day but I’m sure you get our impression of the place! 😁

Loved it because it’s located at the quieter side of Phuket with no traffic and noise from people. It is lovely and we were lucky to get upgraded to one room apartment when we originally booked for a studio. It’s next to Phuket Aquarium and has local restaurants that offer local Thai cuisine which are affordable and delicious.

The hotel has a great view on the beach and coastline of the region, and location with seven eleven supermarkets, exchange offices and ATMs close by. The hotel even had a golf kart to take you close by to somewhere that you need. Excellent hotel restaurant called Flamingo with an exceptional view and direct access to the beach. Staff is all lovely, especially at reception where we were given an immediate free upgrade upon check in by the lovely staff members Big, Yao, and Emmy. They helped us with anything that we needed from room and tourism services. There is also a bookings desk in the hotel lobby that makes hour trip very convenient and they can book any tour for you during your stay. Truly a hotel that has it all. Thank you Bandara for a lovely experience.

Andrew and his staff were absolutely amazing. We were upgraded to poolside rooms and him and his staff ensured we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and fashionably designed. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a good shower. We loved the location and the pool and restaurant which overlooks the sea. Andrew is fluent in Thai and gave us additional information explaining the sites and locations to visit. He also gave us tips on how to save money with taxis. I highly recommend this hotel and we wish we had had a few more days to have stayed longer
