Everything is perfect Staff is extremely professional and helpful , they make you feel welcome Spa is good always well maintained and clean Thermal water is 32-33 deg There is a restaurant by the pool serving food and drink Breakfast was delicious Genuinely is very relaxing and pleasant stay We had some small misunderstanding on which manager Mina reacted on very highly professional level and that is very much appreciated Hotel is highly recommended and we will definitely come again

Really nice people, we have been blessed to be there. They have welcome us with drinks and food. Nice time there! They have friendly pets, and if the lady doesn't speak english, she understands and does her best to make this time really pleasant (internet translators are also useful). Lovely decor. En-suite room with large comfy bed and balcony with street view. Chargeable mini bar. Hotel is a few minutes walk to the square, which is perfect for people watching and having a few drinks. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, delicious !! Breakfast was charged at a set nominal fee, drink plus one dish ie omelet/toastie.
