From the time we walked in to the time we left the staff was incredibly amazing. All were very polite and professional. Patrycjia in the restaurant was specifically polite and professional everything we dined at ines. the food In the restaurant was fabulous. From the breakfast which there was so much delicious fresh food to choose from to the dinner selections, all was exceptionally delicious. The rooms were well kept and clean l, our cleaning staff was always prompt to clean up and give fresh towels and water, excellent staff. We will be returning to this hotel any chance we get. it was truly a great pleasure

The staff were truly willing to help. They took service way ahead of expectations. My return flight was at 6 am. Was apprehensive about breakfast at airport and short flight to Munich and further. When I mentioned it, they actually packed food for me. Apple+ yoghurt + bread + oranges. Only a mother would do that. They did it with a smile and enthusiasm. Absolutely humane people. Respects to Poland.

I stayed for only one night and I was completely satisfied with everything. The staff was very friendly, the room is rather clean. I arrived late (but I mentioned this when I booked the room) and I was met by the receptionist, and everything went smoothly. I didn't have breakfast, but I could have coffee which is nice. I cannot say anything about the long stay but for a stay like mine this hotel is very good.
