the property was amazing the food was even better the view from your room is hard to beat. I was recommended to come here by my aunt who stayed here with her family,and I as well would absolutely recommend this place on your visit to Tumbes. we were the only guests at the property just like my aunt and her family were, if you want A nice stay and to not be disturbed by other guests this is the place!!! there are also small tide pool areas right behind the hotel at low tide which was fun to go check it out. theres also a place to go swim with sea turtles just down the road that you can sign ip for with local tourist guides.

The dinning area was outside overlooking the sea. The restaurant had delicious food. The rooms opened directly onto the sand and the lounge chairs which were a few steps from the ground floor rooms. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive and professional. Comfortable bed, lots of hot water, good water pressure, air conditioning worked well.

The landmarks are beautiful, day and night, excellent environment, always at a good temperature, not very hot nor very cold. Good facilities! Games for children, beautiful restaurants with a wide variety of options for every meal, very modern bathrooms and even a little shop where we could find some neccesary implements (sun blocker, a nice dress). We got sick at some point but the pharmacy from the town got our medicines to the resort at a low price too! Every night we had a funny companion... little foxes from around! Totally harmless, looking for food and some sympathy, a lovely addition to our stay We enjoyed the pool the most, it even has a jacuzzi which is turned on every now and then and gave us the chance to meet new people too. The attention was fantastic, we'll be remembering Viton, Guido, Arian, Camacho and the others for a long time and hope to see them all again next time we go!

it’s an absolute heaven! a dreamlike paradise. your room is amazing! it’s a big, spacious bungalow with a great bathroom. you have your own private deck and beach, you are at ten steps away from the actual beach! it’s so private! the food is Amazing! delicious! the staff is incredible, special shout to David!

Really a gem of a hotel. Perfect beach on which the hotel sits. Gorgeous location. Manager Jennifer deserves a special mention. All of the staff were excellent (polite and efficient) and made the stay so good that we barely left the hotel in 5 days. The restaurant was truly good for a small hotel. Great food every day.

everything is a la carte so you can select, was good. Food was very good .. was in low season so we had the place for are own was marvalous! love the room in from of the ocean. I would recomended and if is possible I WILL COME BACK!

Great place, lovely people, we appreciated the setting and the facilities, there's a variety of shared spaces to pass time watching the ocean and all the little crabs and birds on the beach, game room with darts, ping pong, etc, very relaxing and we felt very well taken care of. Breakfast has all the staples you might need and a selection of delicious fresh fruit juices every morning, the bar offers lovely cocktails, the food is good, great great staff! All needed for a lovely getaway stay! Thanks to all the staff for being so welcoming and friendly!

We enjoyed our visit very much. Big shout out to the staff for going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I didn’t experience the kayaking due to timing. The hotel was clean, food was lovely and the bed super comfortable. We Highly recommend this hotel

The best place to eat was at the resort's restaurant.

The best place to eat was at the resort's restaurant. They had a large enough menu that I was comfortable with my choices every lunch and dinner for a week. After one week we would have had to request some specials from the chef to change it up a bit. The area is famous for its chifles, which was perfect and fresh every day. Getting around was not easy, so we only left the property twice in the week. Máncora is a good destination for accessories shopping and ok for restaurants. Canoas de Punta Sal is very small with two pharmacies and a supermarket and not much more. If one likes nature and does not need to have to go to town every day, this place is perfect. It is not for going to museums and shopping or to bars and discos. We relaxed and came back refreshed. I also forgot to mention in my previous review of the Punta del Norte Bungalows that we got an automatic upgrade when we arrived.

Quiet, calm sandy beach.

Quiet, calm sandy beach. Not too crowded, quiet and great for scenery pictures. Not easy to get there though, nor to get around to other beaches or towns if you don't have a car or a motorcycle. There is a lack of other activities apart from the beach, no community life present, most houses are for rent and are empty for the most part. Some restaurants are open but are expensive, it is cheaper to buy your supplies and cook.

It took us about 1h 20 ‘ to get there from Tumbes airport. Nice place , well maintained, the green areas are beautiful. The staff is very helpful and willing to solve any inconvenience if something rise up . The beach in front of the hotel has rocks so you have to walk a little to find a beach to swim. Food is fine would be better if they include more variety. The rooms are clean. If you are the person who like to go out from your hotel to find a restaurant or bar this is not the place because there is nothing much around. Overall is fair hotel.

Excellent service, help in everything, beautiful views, comfortable bungalows! Good wifi ~ 15-20 MBps You need to take a taxi to the supermarket, but it’s only 10 minutes. There is also a small shop at the reception. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but at the nearby hotel Punta del Norte it's good enough, and also there’s a barbecue and full kitchen in the bungalow. You can enjoy a massage in your bungalow.

We were very happy to see that the bungalow that we booked was very close to the beach. The included breakfast was very good starting off with a fruit plate and a fruit juice. Coffee was also very tasteful, which we could say about everything from the menu. One morning at the restaurant we could see the humpback whales doing jumps not far from the shore. Hotel staff was always willing to help us with a smile.
