Interesting building with a stunning view (booked a room with balcony which was definitely worth the extra money). Superb breakfast with a lot of variety. Great coffee. Fast elevator. Within walking distance to the centre of Molde.

Location was perfect for me as it was right across the harbour where the cruise ships and havila stop. I arrived at 22:40 in the evening there was staff at the reception constantly. Very friendly people. My room had a balcony and mini fridge. There was also an ironing board in a closet. Nice big bed in the room. From the bed you saw whatever cruise ship was docked at the moment or the water. Depending on your feelings this can be a good or bad thing. Molde isn't a big place but the location is very central. A good breakfast buffet that is served by the restaurant next door (you don't have to go outside to get there). You could hear people entering their rooms from the hallway etc, but you couldn't hear them when they were in their room so the noise insulation was good (at least in my room)

The property had a tremendous location, with clear views of the ocean. It was extremely well equipped and very comfortable. It was a joy to sit in the lounge and look onto the ocean. The Bud coastal path was just outside the front door, making walks a delight. It was a short walk to the local shops. The house had everything we needed for an exceptional holiday.

The house is in a great location. For taller people it is a great reminder that shorter people used to live here in the past :) Janicke was the best and kindest host during our almost month long trip through Norway. Very, very nice in personal communication. She gave us lots of tips for the area. We were sorry that we had so little time in this area. We would love to come back for a longer stay.
