Everything was great .. the room is spacious. I lived on the third floor and the room was spacious. We arrived late.. and he was communicating with us and sending me how to enter the hotel. The decoration of the house is really nice and classic. We stayed at a triple room and there is a bed for kid. The property is really clean and convenient! The owner is super nice to pick us up at the gas station because some of the roads are blocked! He is so warm hearted! We hope to stay at the same place next time! Great sleep with the comfortable mattress!

Location and staff! The team went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. Before arrival, communication was excellent and due to flight delays took away our worries. The restaurant is a must do as well (make a reservation as highly popular) and the breakfast was great too. We were spoiled! Highly recommend a stay and a next time will stay a bit longer. The area has lots to offer.

It's not a bad little town.

It's not a bad little town. Lots of places to eat not far from the B&B. Clean streets. Some graffiti. I'm not sure what the draw would be for tourists, but I had business there and it was quite enjoyable.

Communication prior to arriving was excellent - already felt welcomed. The owner could not have been more helpful - even escorted me from station to assist w baggage and dropped me at the station for an early train. So thoughtful. Hotel beautifully decorated. Meals were lovely too.

We really appreciated everything about this property. Eric was amazing and went the extra mile - collecting us from the train, good advice about the area and assisting us with our trip to Giethorn. Steenwijk is a gorgeous place and one worth spending some time in.

Villa Steenwyck Giethoorn located very near to city center of Steenwijk. The ambience of hotel is very nice and its one of the memorable one. Rooms were very nice, neat & clean. I strongly recommend the best place to stay if in the planning to be in Steenwijk.
