Great new hotel in a great location with a short walk from the historical city center. Staff were very accommodating when we asked to change room (booked a double room and moved to a king). Rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast is great with continental options and several warm Mexican dishes with a few that change daily! The Internet connection is also super solid with >150 mbps on wifi and in the room there a working ethernet jack with download speeds >700 mbps and upload >150 mbps. We also did a tour to Xochimilco which was easy to book through the hotel.

Everything was amazing! Very comfortable bed that ensured a pleasant night sleep, amazing breakfast to start your day, location was great too! can't ask for more central! my balcony had a view to Templo Mayor too and Torre Latinoamericana! The location is good, there are lots of shops nearby. It's a bit of a drive to get into the central area but the upside is it's close to the airport and the neighborhood has plenty of shops. The gym was great, one of the larger gym spaces I've seen and all the equipment including free weights are high quality. They have a cable machine, cardio, a rower. And I found the gym was empty during the day and usually only a couple of other guests in the morning or evening. You could spend hours in the gym without seeing anyone else! It's a great way to get in shape. The quality of the bedding was excellent. High quality mattress, nice sheets, and the some of the best pillows I've seen. Very large and firm pillows. It made for a great sleep. I found all the staff friendly and professional. The cleaning staff was easy to deal with, because I was often in the room working during the day they would schedule when to do the cleaning and always made sure it was done while I was out.
