I had an amazing stay at this stunning hotel in Tulum! The property is absolutely gorgeous, and every detail is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the bed was super comfortable. They even surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our honeymoon—such a lovely touch! The à la carte breakfast was delicious, and the cenote on the property is breathtaking. We also loved the live DJ and the talented singer who created the perfect atmosphere. Everything was sensational!

A great magical paradise place in Tulum that makes you feel at home. There was great enviroment and artsy vibes with beautiful spaces. Very comfy and clean bedrooms, amazing breakfast and coffee. Also very well located just around the corner of everything :bars, restaurants and supermarkets! The hotel is beautiful and set in a wonderful neighbourhood. The bicycles are handy. I used them to get to the beach and restaurants etc, and didn’t need a car. The hotel was very comfortable and a peaceful place to relax with a jungle feeling of the property. The hotel is on a quiet street only a few minutes walk away from lots of great restaurants, cafes and shops. Although close to a busy area, the hotel was quiet and felt like we were secluded in nature. Raffa provided an excellent service and went above and beyond with local recommendations to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. He also helped us arrange taxi's to get around and gave us lots of tips for the area. We hope to visit Tulum again and stay at Hotel Boutique TerraNova again next time!
