So close to the airport. Very clean, amazing shower. Free Netflix and wifi, great restaurant with room service 24/7. Desk staff were friendly and could speak English. Free parking. The location of the hotel feels very unsafe so I wouldn’t stay there for a holiday as there is nothing within walking distance, however the hotel had everything we needed so we didn’t have to go anywhere once we arrived. We wanted something close to the airport to catch an early morning flight from GDL. Excellent proximity to long term airport car parks and shuttles.

Very close to the airport if you are looking to rest before/after a flight. Comfortable, clean and with everything you need for a stop over. Good breakfast included. Pick up service from the airport was handy and easy to get

The staff were incredible. The shuttle to and from the airport was a godsend. Warning though, you will need to call the hotel from the airport to let them know you would like a ride to their hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for a night and were very appreciative as our flight was late, someone stayed up to let us in after midnight. The bed was HUGE, I've never slept in such a big bed. More importantly it was very comfortable. The site is beautiful, lovely gardens to walk through full of plants and a nice pool that we sat and dipped our toes in. A very relaxing place to be.

A personable family run hotel & restaurant with amazing attention to customer needs e.g. honoured my diet restrictions in food prep, 'real' lemongrass tea to my room every am in a French Press with a homemade cookie. Location very convenient to many local sites. We travel to this area often and have stayed in many hotels in the area. Dex is new, just opened in April. The location is super convenient, we had parking at the hotel and the decorating and the rooms exceeded our expectations. Perhaps though the very best part of our stay was because of the staff. They were friendly, helpful and more than went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. The Dex is our hotel of choice now when we are in town. Great job. You should be proud of yourselves.
