The location was absolutely stunning: even though we were only 20km from Taroudant, a bustling 16th century walled town with a fantastic souk, it felt worlds away - remote, sleepy and the oasis itself was tranquilly beautiful

With Abdelmajid and his family you feel like you are at home because of their amazing hospitality! We came to the property only to spend one night, we didn’t except much but in the end we had an amazing stay. Abdelmajid showed us around the same city and the oasis and we could learn a lot. Food was also delicious! Will definitely come back!!

This is the 2nd time we stay at Dar Zitoune & it is still excellent. The rooms are large, spacious & elegant decorated in a Euro/Moroccan style. Each with a private seating area outside. The gardens separating the rooms are lush & create a sense of privacy. There are 3 pools, the main is enormous with seating all around. Service & staff are very attentive, gentle & friendly. One gets the sense that they are proud to work there. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent & the kitchen will accommodate any request.

Very beautiful riad,where in the evening you have peace from everything from the street. You have the possibility to order dinner and there is even a small swimming pool on the roof,which is a pleasure in the heat. The owners are very nice.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my rental car and asked for help to call the rental company. The lady at reception called them for me in Arabic after I explained what the problem was. Thank you so much. Parking was excellent with many spaces. The interior of the building is very attractive. Centrally located.

This riad is absolutely fantastic. It's beautiful and feels like going back in time. The pool area is a little oasis in the middle of the city. It's a really special place. Marjoub who works there feels like family now he's so lovely and helpful and kind. Hassan the manager was a super good help to us in our work and put us together with a charity to help get children in school. I can't wait to go back
