Beautiful hotel with I credibly friendly and attentive staff. Delightful breakfast and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! Iness and samira were brilliant. A true credit to the hotel. When I come back to Ouarzazate I will only stay at the OZ Palace.

Amazing breakfast, also have a very nice area to relax. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need also located very central where it’s very easy to walk to the place from the bus station, there is also a large square nearby with great food for a good price and a grocery store

The staff are very friendly and nice. They are always willing to answer any questions and provide assistance. Parking is very convenient. There is a delicious local restaurant nearby, and right next to it is a bank ATM. It's only a 10-minute walk to the city center. Highly recommended!

The receptionist let me stay in the room after the check out time while I was waiting to catch a late afternoon bus to another city. They really didn't have to but they still let me rest and this was really nice of them ! Overall it's a good place ! Thanks!
