Staff ( Terin and his assistance Anoch) are very friendly and helpfull. Place is excellent for short stay after arrival from early morning flight. Value for money. Location is very good as it provide exellent access to Banadarnaik Int Airport.

Beautiful boutique hotel close to the airport (but you’d never know). They had a fairly extensive menu considering this is not a big property and it was delicious. The staff were exceptional and we loved our stay of three nights here. They had complimentary afternoon tea and drinks every afternoon which was a fabulous touch, which you took on the veranda. The kids played croquet on the lawn while we’d have a G&T and then return for a board game with us. Couldn’t have been more perfect.

We stayed here last Saturday and had such a wonderful experience. The property is small, with only two rooms, which makes it feel very private and peaceful. The architecture is beautiful, blending perfectly with the surroundings, and the view of the paddy fields adds such a calming vibe to the whole place. The staff service was superb – from the warm welcome to the attentive care throughout our stay, we felt truly valued. Everything about this stay was intimate, relaxing, and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet getaway in a charming, natural setting.

Best staff I have experienced. The guys were so friendly. They are amazing. The food and the spice route made this a 9+ experience. They deserve everything that is coming to them. Well done! Perfect spot 5 minutes from the airport! We landed in Sri Lanka in the early hours of the morning and needed somewhere close by to stay, wasn’t expecting much but the hotel is fabulous! Really nice rooms and bathroom! Great hotel!
