Review: We had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, reminiscent of a Balinese resort. It was very well-equipped, though a mini-fridge and hand towels would have been a nice addition. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. The rooms are built in a cabin-style structure with high ceilings, creating a cozy yet airy atmosphere. The outdoor restaurant area offers a beautiful panoramic view, with tables and a bar where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The breakfast was truly exquisite, with high-quality ingredients and expert preparation. A special mention to the host, who went above and beyond to help us with everything. On the second morning, he even prepared a gluten-free adaptation of the breakfast so I could fully enjoy the experience. This place is an oasis of peace and tranquility, yet conveniently located near restaurants and a stunning, paradisiacal beach just a 7-8 minute walk away. We highly recommend it for a relaxing and unforgettable stay!

We stayed at Avila Nilaveli Beach and were absolutely delighted! The villa is small but very fresh, cozy, and clean — everything feels well-maintained and new. The staff were wonderful — kind, attentive, and always willing to help. They had their own set breakfast, but we sometimes asked for additional things, and they happily prepared them for us. Everything they made was truly delicious. Coffee or tea was always served with breakfast, on time and with care. One especially lovely gesture: before our departure, they prepared a dish with okra just for me, showed me how they cook it — it felt like a mini cooking class! And then they packed it up for me to take with us. It was such a warm and thoughtful touch. We also felt very safe and well looked after, as someone from the staff was always around and available if we needed anything. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We initially booked this place for 3 nights, but ended up staying 6 — and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision! The accommodation was absolutely perfect: very clean, the beds are super comfortable, and located in a peaceful setting and a 5min walk to the beach. A special thank you to Priyantha, our host, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! He was always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. His warm hospitality truly made a difference and made us feel right at home.
