Amazing building, fantastic staff, so comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The localisation is perfect to enjoy calm and Astana's skyline. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. It is not a buffet but a selection of varied and tasty fresh made savory and sweet creations. The spa facilities are great and Saltanat is a massage expert. Cannot say anything but please do not miss the Veil and its three delicious restaurants each offering a different ambiance with equally superb cuisines.

Excellent rooms, very clean everywhere, our rooms were cleaned by Aigul, thanks very much for her professionalism. The rooms have everything you need: shower accessories and disposable razors, hair dryer, iron. The breakfasts were very tasty and varied, the waiters Nurmukan and Zhangulim cleared empty and dirty plates immediately from the table, constantly replenishing the food supplies on the buffet! All the staff is very polite! All the attractions are close to the hotel - it is very convenient. We liked everything so much, now we will stay only in this hotel!

We love Rixos Hotels in Dubai, Almaty and Aktau but never stayed in the one in Astana. Loved this hotel as well. The view on the botanical garden was perfect. We loved the cantine at 2nd floor, very affordable prices, lots of choice, delicious and it has discount for the hotel guests. The room was big, the bed was comfortable. Saturday evening there was loud music from the bar at the entrance of the hotel but it stopped at 23:00 so it didn’t bother our sleep. The other days it was totally quiet. We could leave our bags all day long after checkout. P.S.: There is a perfect restaurant not far from the hotel: Qazaq Gourmet.
