This hotel is best in class in all respects. The Onsen is amazing and the buffet was great with a wide variety. They have two full sized shuttle buses rotating around the city for guests to use freely and it stops at the JR Station and all along the city center. Taxis are readily available to book as well.

The hotel has a direct connection and entrance to the station (in consequence with the shopping mall) which is very good, close to everything! Also, the staff was very helpful with out luggage (storing it before the check in and helping sending it to the next hotel).
