- Very soft and comfortable bed - The owner was very friendly: Greeted us at the start and sent us off when we were checking out. She gave us delicious biscuits as welcome gifts. - Place was very neat and clean, everything was working well - The owner has a cute dog that we are allowed to meet. The dog is very well behaved, it will not bark The owner is very friendly and kind. She gave us boiled water ready for us to drink and big bottle of water in the fridge for us to drink. Instruction manual are provided for the machines . Salt and seasoning are provided for cooking. Heaters are provided in all the rooms.

What a great stay! We had a huge room, small kitchen, washing maschine, great bathroom, everything clean, good beds. Staff at reception very nice and friendly, though litten english. Location is good, near to tram and metro. If in Sapporo again I will stay there again!

Appreciate the simple breakfast—light but well thought of. The location is amazing, near the underground walkway, near Sapporo Station, near to a lot of restaurants. They have a laundry facility which is a plus plus plus for me since I won't be bring dirty clothes back home! This is the second time we booked JR Inn.

We find the hotel next to the train station but didnt expect to be really close like this. We can hear the train running on the rail :) Nice for the experience. I walk down to see the public onsen. But we have no time to bathe there. We recognize the free ice cream stick. So, yumm. Thank you.
