Great hotel! The room facilities were great - the massage chair was a nice surprise. The rooftop onsen was wonderful, and is actually larger than the photos make it look. The lounge with the ice pops outside the onsen was also nice. The happy hour in the guest lounge was a delight. We booked two rooms and the staff fulfilled our request of being near each other which was appreciated!

Its my 2nd stay here, hotel at 6 floor of a mall connecting with JR Takasaki Station. Easy to access to some restaurant and Aeon Style Supermarket and others. Good breakfast and will recommend to stay here again
