This hotel is directly across from the ferry terminal so it was so convenient with all our luggage. Lovrly clean hotel with a spacious room that even had a massage chair. Beds were super comfy. The stay was really special, with touches like a lounge area near reception for guests to help themselves to unlimited tea, coffee, soft drinks, cake, biscuits and ice cream. Our son was in heaven!! The buffet breakfast was delicious, especially the French toast. The hotel has separate male and female onsen which was a nice way to wind down in the evenings.

Location was excellent, very handy to the ferry. Room was larger than most we have stayed in in Japan so far. Breakfast was great. Restaurant on the second floor was also excellent - great meals and push button service. Can definitely recommend the oyster meal set!

Truly amazing views of Miyajima island and a nice big balcony to enjoy it from! The rooms were spacious and well equipped. There were lots of other fabulous facilities available but unfortunately we weren’t there long enough to enjoy them. we would certainly stay here again!

First it’s new year eve night that we planned to stay here. We’re worried about the shuttle bus which available until 18.00. But the hotel gave us special service shuttle bus for the new year eve night to go to the jinja from 11.30-2.00. Thank you very much. All the staffs are very polite, helpful and very warm welcome. Staying in a 100+ year old traditional Japanese home was an amazing experience, and the fact that we had the whole house to yourself made it even better. In addition, the host was so kind and helpful and really went out of his way to make our stay memorable. He gave us great recommendations for dinner and helped us make reservations. The room was very spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and every amenity you could possible need was provided.
