This was the best hotel experience for me during my Japan trip. I had a good view of Mt. Fuji from my window. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely fantastic. The hotel offers a Japanese guest experience as true as possible. You will need to remove your shoes at the lobby (as in Japanese custom) and put it in a locker. The result, absolutely clean carpets from the elevator, corridors and in your rooms. The windows in my room had Japanese style. The ceiling was painted brilliantly, the bathroom had shower and the typical Japanese bath system as well. Separate fully electronic toilet in the room. Nice experience overall. The breakfast was good and filling. An excellent experience I have to say.

We arrived a bit earlier then the scheduled check in time, however the hotel staff was super kind and did not ask us to wait 1h but only 15 minutes. Initially we got a room without the view that we wanted, however the amazing receptionist managed to change our room to a view to mount Fuji, which was just superb.
