The hotel was in a fantastic location, a 2 minute walk from the centre of Jerash and a 10 minute walk from the entrance to the ruins. Abou was exceedingly helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Jerash.

Great hotel. Everything was nice, Good location, Very comfortable and clean rooms, Breakfast buffet was delicious and with many choices. but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people were incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Specially I would like to thank Mr. Fares Almoghrabi, the reception manager and all the reception staff specially Ali and Ali !, many thanks to Mr. Khaldoon Alhares, and special thanks to Ms. Urti, the operations manager. It was like staying with family only better. Achmed was so very helpful and friendly. I was welcomed like a brother. We had some great conversations and laughter and ventured out in downtown having coffee and mansaff (highly recommended) with other guests. Also I had an issue with my flight to cairo which was quickly and efficiently rebooked by Achmed at 4.00 am enabling me to keep to my travel plans. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend it to everyone. Thanks my younger brother!
