It's like being on vacation at your grandma's place. The owners are extremely kind, breakfast was a feast, and in general the location was perfect. Close to the trainstation, so we were able to get around easily. Also, the owner not only allowed us to have food on the balcony, she gave us plates, forks and knives in order to enjoy our self-bought meal in comfort.

Upon arrival, the staff immediately took the initiative to take care of our car, luggage, to clearly communicate room readiness, to personally guide us around the hotel and to give a tailored explanation about how we could optimally spend our time in Sestri Levante. We were helped in French (other guests in German or English) in a most perfect manner. I have never enjoyed this kind of personalised welcome in any other hotel.

We absolutely liked everything; the staff was extremely friendly and helpful( they even ironed our clothes when we asked them), the breakfast was varied and they also have the restaurant oppened until 9:00 p.m.(btw, the food is excelent).. not to mention, you get a beautiful sea view and you hear the waves from your room.. we will for sure come back!

We truly enjoyed our time with Wania and Claudio. From the very first moment, we were overwhelmed by their hospitality and the gestures that made us feel like home. The house is idyllic, surrounded by olive trees and nestled in nature on a hillside. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and the terrace invites you to relax. It’s a little paradise. Every day, breakfast was lovingly and generously prepared by Wania, featuring delicious regional specialties. She was always helpful and warm-hearted whenever we had questions.
