The front desk is staffed 24/7, and complimentary valet parking—including overnight EV charging—was a thoughtful touch. Each morning, our car was promptly ready at the exact time requested, even before sunrise. The staff consistently went above and beyond, including preparing breakfast-to-go when we had early starts. Everything was top notch in quality and service! The staff take great care in every detail and it shows! Everyone is very friendly. Nora's breakfast was a feast that kept on coming! The common room was a nice place to play a game of cards and visit in the evening. The spa had so much to offer and we appreciate limiting the attendance so it did not become too crowded.

Very recent and small hotel with lots of charm. Room with mountain view has large windows and spectacular view that we can admire from our bed. Beautiful and clean room, large and modern bathroom. Lots of choices at the breakfast buffet and dinner menu is very good. Attentive personnel.

Location was fantastic, near restaurants, public parking (at the bus station) and right at the main shopping street. Big balcony of the room was amazing! Hotel staff (Reception & house keeping) were very friendly and kind. They also gave advice on where to park for free during the low season, saving us €15 per day! The lady also gave us weather advice and to visit Lago Di Braise before it snowed that night! House keeping offered us fresh towels and extra coffee/milk because we've requested for no housekeeping to be done :) Rooms were clean and didn't have any strong odour of cleaning products. You can park in front of the hotel for free to check in and check out your luggages. There is an elevator. There's also a kettle in the room. This is a perfect hotel if you're mainly spending your time outdoors exploring the Dolomiti and not seeking for a resort style hotel with a pool, sauna, etc. Thank you, I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Aquila!
