We absolutely loved the hotel. It's a real concept hotel. they took it to the next level with every detail inside and outside the room. It's a vivid and a cool place. you feel like you don't need to get out of there. theres always something going on. The restaurant and the bar are great. would really recommend.

Everything. The best experience with booking.com. Location cannot be better. The view only is worth. I like the bathroom, decoration is contemporary and clean shining. Friendly staff provide everything you need. We have three persons and with two big luggages. The Room is big enough to open luggage and still walk smoothly.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo, where the kind and helpful Evita who welcomed us made us feel right at home. The apartment was absolutely fantastic, providing ample space and all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was delightful, and the bedding was superb. Moreover, Evita provided us with excellent recommendations for exploring the center of Florence. All staff were excellent and we have also appreciated the very good breakfast served in a beautiful room. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience. We could not imagine a better place to stay when we come again to Florence.

Florence is History, beauty like no other city and lovely people. The Medici family started building the beauty that remains today for the world to see. I enjoyed the Dante Museum that I had not visited in the past. As the father of the Italian Language it was a great exhibit.

My favorite city in the world (tho I've not been to them all). I walk 20,000 steps a day when I'm there. The architecture, the food, the Chianti, the basilicas, the museums, (I bought the Firenze Card on my last trip. I recommend it). . . I hang out at Mercato Centrale, Piazza Del Duomo, Piazza Michelangelo and Signoria. I've been to Florence nine times. Can't wait to go back!

I loved Florence with all its art, beauty, history and charm! Cafes/ restaurants everywhere and you couldn’t go wrong! Easy to get around on foot, though crowded. So much to see and do- duomo, David, Uffizi, Boboli Gardens, Michelangelo piazza, nearby Tuscany! I want to go back!

Unfortunately Florence has succumbed to over tourism, which has put a huge strain and grey cloud over the usually very lovely locals in the area. Very overpriced compared to other cities in Italy, and the locals aren't as welcoming. Street's are busy at any time of day. I'd only recommend visiting if you NEED to see the great architectural and art pieces - otherwise there are so many other amazing cities and towns to be staying in that would give you an authentic Italian experience, without the crowds.

All of the major attractions are walking distance from each other. Great public transportation--tram and bus especially to and from airport and train station. Warning: buy tickets ahead so you don't have to wait in line. We were there the week-end of their annual cancer walk and I would try to avoid that week-end. The town was wall to wall people. Loved the market and street fair.

An historic and walkable city, the birthplace of the Renaissance with magnifique architecture and artistic masterpieces. Uffizi Gallery, Duomo complex, Accademia Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti and Boboli Garden are the city's most iconic sights and museums For me a lot of the pleasure of being in Florence lies in going for aimless wanders, often outside of the very center of the city, and enjoying the little gems.

This is the hotel I'm most satisfied with during my trip to Italy. It's not located in the city center, but the transportation is very convenient. We came by car and there's a large parking lot nearby, which costs about 10 euros a day. The hotel is also very close to the tram stop. The room is very beautiful and spacious, the paintings on the ceiling are amazing and all the decorations are carefully matched. The staff are very enthusiastic, staying here makes me feel comfortable.

The breakfast was the best we had in seven hotel stays in Italy. Shirley spoiled us with smiley face cappuccinos & a warm greeting every morning. The location could not have been better, we could walk 5-10 minutes to everything we wanted to see. The sitting area with light snacks & drinks was a nice touch, very comfortable setting. Pam was great checking us in & taking our luggage for storage. It was a beautiful hotel.
