Our room was a testament to Scandinavian minimalist design, featuring original wood furnishings that added warmth and authenticity. The highlight was the balcony, offering breathtaking views of the fjord and surrounding mountains, providing a serene backdrop to our stay. The guesthouse’s central location proved advantageous, with Seyðisfjörður Harbour and the iconic Blue Church just a short stroll away, making it an excellent base for exploring local attractions. The self-check-in process was seamless, allowing us to settle in without delay. Adding to the charm of our stay was a local cat that seemed to own the street. This regal feline often caught the attention of tourists, adding a unique and endearing touch to our experience.
