I am grateful that I found this property at a very decent cost considering its location and the view it provides. The location of the property is in the center of the city and all attractions are close. Moreover its just beside Ramraja Temple and the view is absolutely stunning be it any time of the day. Regarding the hospitality, the owner, property manager and care takers were very helpful, warm and welcoming even before my reached to my destination. The owner was grateful to reach out and guide me to reach the hostel and even the property manager was helpful in the same manner. During my stay the property manager was very friendly and helpful. He helped me regarding the places I could visit and also for food! I didn't feel that I was meeting them for the first time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyway who wish to visit Orchha and wants to have a hostel experience during their stay.

Amazing value, staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean. We had a neighbor who started playing music pretty early in the morning, like 7:00am, but it was good Indian music and kinda added to the ambience, so we didn’t mind at all(you should be up for the sunrise anyways, which is amazing here). The staff helped us book transportation to our next stop and showed us around the temple. Also, if you’re going to eat somewhere definitely go to Open Sky restaurant

Rooms - small. Room facilities - very less. No window in non-ac rooms. Suffocating. Okay for November to February. Not recommended to those who are expecting a good stay. Only plus is its location. Bed is good though. Staff took extra Rs 178 stating that it has to be paid over and above the amount shown in Booking.com. Though reluctant, I had to pay as I checked in late at night and had family. They took advantage of it. Every facility from towel, soap, handwash, dustbin, are to be asked for and not available for guests. Had no chair (given after asking), no table, not even a closet to keep luggage!

Bundeli Kothi is a very good property on the outskirts of Orchha. Sakshi and Mudit are available for the service of guests any time. The property itself is beautiful and well designed with care taken for the different amenities. It is an absolutely amazing place and I highly recommend it to others.

The room has a pleasant size, everything works well, good shower, hot water. The house is cleaned every day and room service is available too. There is a rooftop to sit outside and hangout spaces in front of the rooms. The village and all the historical sites are just around the corner. We also had some dinners ordered and the food was excellent. The family is wonderful, caring and they organized the best Diwali I ever had. We would definitely come back here.
