Really lovely room. Good breakfast. Nice gym. At first we thought the pool wasn’t as good as the photos - the area looks a little run down, but actually the pool is lovely and we enjoyed it very much. Staff are helpful and friendly. We had a very good stay.

I stayed at this hotel for two days and had a pleasant experience. The property is brand new and still awaiting its grand opening, which makes it a great value for the price. The interiors are modern and luxurious, and I had the chance to try their breakfast—it was fresh and satisfying. Looking forward to seeing the full potential of this place once it’s officially open.

Excellent staff , from check in to check out. Very personalised service, room service and breakfast service was flawless. Enjoyed the rooftop pool , pool staff was friendly and informative. All staff at call point for guest’s service Services that match to Ritz Carlton Clean and spotless , hallways smells like refreshing tropicals, Few names that made my stay top notch , Mr Bitesh Mrs Priya and all service boys and girls who attended to our endless requests , quickly and promptly. Food was timeless visit to my childhood , a rare find was the “Kanthari Beef” a taste that I long forgot, a must-must try Will be back to explore more.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-designed with attached bathrooms and reliable power backup. Free Wi-Fi made work and streaming easy, and the ample parking space was a big plus. Kozhikode is a city that beautifully blends tradition, food, and culture with a touch of modern vibrancy. My stay at The Raviz Kadavu added an unforgettable charm to the trip—nestled by the riverside, it offers the perfect mix of luxury, nature, and Kerala’s warm hospitality. No visit here is complete without a meal at Paragon Restaurant—an institution in itself. Their sumptuous Malabari dishes, from fragrant biryanis to rich curries, are a treat for the senses and live up to every bit of their reputation. An evening at Calicut Beach is equally unmissable. The sea breeze, the golden horizon, and the buzzing café culture along the stretch make it the perfect place to relax, soak in the view, and enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee or a quick snack. The beach can get crowded in the evenings.

The beach can get crowded in the evenings. The traffic snarl is a let down. The food scene is great especially if you are not a strict vegetarian. 'Adaminte chai kada' near the beach is a quaint restaurant with quirky and interesting interior and some great local snack and food.

It's actually a charming city.

It's actually a charming city. Traffic is a little busier than further south. It has a lot of modern shops and cafes and hotels, while retaining older aspects. There is ample greenery, and the Biopark is quite lovely. It's full of birdlife and has good infrastructure (albeit being left to decay). I didn't visit the beach, but there isn't that much to actually DO in Calicut. It's more a place to be. Things are a little spread out but walking is easy. They at least have footpaths! People were nice and friendly and helpful.

Kozhikode is very hot city and our hotel was a haven away...

Kozhikode is very hot city and our hotel was a haven away from the heat and traffic fumes. We use this hotel as a stopover between Wayanad and the backwaters. We have stayed at others but this is the best at a suitable price. It does have an extremely busy BAR but we did not visit and by 11.30 all is quiet.

A good town, great new Mall, and not too frantic.

A good town, great new Mall, and not too frantic. Great Literary Festival in January. We were here for a week but 3-4 days is enough. Alcohol only served in hotels catering for international tourists. Raviz is a good bet. Food is generally amazing here - Paragon (and their coffee bar) always reliable.

This is a very beautiful hotel complex, which offers many free time activities and a gym with basic equipment. The pool was well maintained and the yoga deck offered a stunning view. The breakfast and dinner buffet offered a big variety of different Indian and also continental dishes. The staff was very polite and always ready to help.

The entire property Cosynook retreat pool resort is the highly recommend Luxury stay in Calicut. Next time in Kozhikode we are definitely going to book this a frame ❤️.
