The hotel 's location is perfect for Westport and also conveniently located for any place you want to explore in beautiful county Mayo. The staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. We had a lovely room with a fourposter bed, the room was pristine. Breakfast was cooked on demand and the food was really of good quality. We did not use the restaurant so we cannot comment on the lunch/ dinner but if it is anything like the breakfast- it will be amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. PS. The mattress is the best one I have EVER experienced in a hotel. So comfortable, I even asked for the brand so that I can buy one for my home.

The buffet breakfast was nice. No hot food at all but cereals, breads, cheeses and meats were nice. The staff put in orders for eggs and other hot items on request. The room was large, clean, comfortable and I would not have asked for more. The bathroom is large as well and very well appointed.

This is the second time I stayed at Westport Heights. This time a brought a friend and she too enjoyed the stay. A great selection at breakfast. The location up on a hill a 5-10 min walk outside of the town center is perfect. The view is lovely and it's so nice an quiet.
