Personal was very lovely and welcoming! Breakfast where we were able to order different kind of dishes that was included in price. Spa zona that you can book - it had jacuzzi and sauna. Comfortable beds that wasn't too soft. Very polished and quite big rooms comparing others. Terrace on the roof for ordering sparkling drinks or coffee. Relaxing evenings there! Rooms were very tidy and you cam feel that hotel is new. Bathroom was spectacular in it's look and design. Public transport to city centre is very close by and you don't need to call taxi. Location of the hotel was also great - it was in front of shopping mall that had many useful things to buy.

The staff was absolutely wonderful from the very begining. The pool was amazing, the wellness centre has Finish sauna, steam room and infrared sauna. Absolutely amazing! We could use the jacuzzi quite often during our stay, towels and bathrobes were provided. Cocktails were amazing and there are plenty of sofas and sunbeds on the terrace. The views are absolutely stunning! Breakfast has so many options! All the staff was super helpful, and welcoming. Absolutely recommended for a relaxing stay.

FAQs about hotels in Split

The Sunny Side of Croatia

Stunning Split stands proudly on the eastern shores of the Adriatic Sea, and due to its great climate is called the Mediterranean Flower. It features eclectic architecture, spectacular views and delicious cuisine.

Split is centred around the ancient Roman Palace of the Emperor Diocletian, a magnificent building constructed at the beginning of the 4th century AD and boasting limestone and marble towers, columns and courtyards. It lies in a bay decorated with white sails of yachts, as sailing is definitely Split’s big thing!

The city is full of architectural gems, one of which is St. Duje’s Cathedral, the oldest cathedral in the world, built in 305 AD and combining both Roman and Catholic influences. Nearby Varoš is a must-see, one of the city’s oldest parts, full of charming streets and beautiful houses.

Make sure you visit the Bačvice Beach and the Riva promenade, popular with locals and full of cafés and palm trees. While on the hunt for local specialities, try soparnik - wood-fired dough filled with vegetables - or local soda drinks Pipi and Orela.

So just pack your bags and head to Split Airport! Booking.com has plenty of sunny apartments, friendly guest houses and well-appointed hotels for your Split adventure.

The location was great. We walked everywhere.

The location was great. We walked everywhere. The bed was so comfortable. The 2 flights of stairs were tough with 3 bags of luggage but other than that, it was wonderful. We took a sunset cruise around Split that was excellent. Gelato shop next to apartment really came in handy!

We love Split have been to the Deocletian Palace area many times. Very impressive architecture. Love walking around the area without the worry of traffic. I would recommend the Tuk Tuk tours around the hillsides.

Split has many things to see and do.

Split has many things to see and do. Most people are there to hop a cruise or yacht for the islands. It gets crazy at night on the weekends with partying if you enjoy that. Stay farther away from the marina & main square to get a good nights sleep.

We spent 4 days in Split and had a wonderful time, the old town is a lovely place and benefits from being on the flat. We had a long walk out to and over Marjan Hill which was well worth the effort. There are many small beaches in the area that are beautiful for swimming in as the water is remarkably clear water. All in all we had a lovely time. Including the Apartment that we stayed in.

Split is a very interesting town with World Heritage status due to it's unique Roman remains and historical architecture but it is also a very lively port where the market stalls shops and restaurants cater for locals and tourists from all over the world! If you like 'people watching' you'll love it! Cruise ships arrive every day and the bars and restaurants along the Riva are perfect for sitting in the sun or relaxed meals. The boat trips to local islands are fun and leave from the harbour too!We went to Hvar and on a 3 stop excursion with snorkelling. Both memorable

Loved Split.

Loved Split. The old town is beautiful and clean and the waterfront is gorgeous. The local people are friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. We did a walking tour and and boat trip. Both were good although check which islands are covered on the boat trip as some are better than others. The centre is very easily covered on foot.
