Always a pleasure to come back to Avra. The most lovely host Katherina is always so helpful and kind! Rooms are very nice, bright a nicely decorated and their home made breakfast is yummy. 1 minute from the port. Its my 3rd time here and will come back again!

Me and my partner spent 8 nights at this lovely hotel. On arrival we met with the owner Nikos who was very friendly and welcoming he checked us in to our room and said he could give us another room the next day, with views of the pool and sea, we were not disappointed the views were beautiful. It was my partners 50th Birthday while we were there so I asked Nikos and his son Costas if there was anything they could do the morning of his Birthday. Again we were not disappointed, Costas knocked on our door at 10am the time I asked for with breakfast, coffee and Prosecco we sat out on the balcony and enjoyed the views while we tucked in. We also asked if we could have a kettle in our room Nikos went and got us one straight away. The hotel was immaculate, the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and they even left a love heart 🫶 on the bed with petals after we had left for the day of my partners birthday which we thought was a lovely touch. Nothing was too much for the owners we have never felt so welcomed in a hotel and we will definitely be back next year that's for sure. Nikos and Costas you made our visit to the beautiful island perfect thank you.

I had an exceptional stay thanks to Panos and his family. Their professionalism was outstanding, making me feel right at home, almost as if I was a part of their family. The location couldn't have been better, situated perfectly in front of the bus station, offering easy access to the main town of Chora. I'm already looking forward to my visit next year. Highly recommended!

Very nice place in the center of town and with an amazing view from the balcony. Close to shops, bars, the bus stop, … The transfer from and to the port was a nice bonus.

The staff was amazing. They were so helpful and welcoming when we arrived. We had a couple of personal issues we were dealing with and the staff was incredibly understanding. The sea view room had a spectacular view, it was picturesque. Overall, the stay was amazing and I would totally come again.

Everything was even better than expected. The service was 5 stars! We were granted the posibility to check out late as we had a ferry in the evening. The room was comfortable and nicely decored and the location is priceless, specially to visit Kolitsani beach. Probably the best option you can find to stay in Ios!
