The Hotel is well laid out and kept very clean. The staff are the best we have encountered across all the inclusive resorts we have visited in Lanzarote, Majorca and Greece. Everyone was super helpful and always had a smile on their face for you. The waterpark is excellent and the snorkelling off the hotel's beach was fantastic too. I managed to video numerous species of fish and an Octopus on my Gopro with the highlight being a 1m Barracuda swimming along side me on our last day there.

We loved that it was quite at night. Really relaxed. Lovely clean hotel in great location near sea and amazing village. Great pool and reception area. Beautiful view from rooftop bar. The staff (effy and Mike) were friendly, helpful and informative. The manager Vasillis went out of his way to be kind to us as it was our wedding anniversary trip. Overall, it's heaven on earth, with a family of 5 we lacked nothing, I highly recommend this place and the owners are very nice people! ...a few short pluses: -Easy contact with the owner -Key collection code instead of personal contact -Villa cleanliness at a perfect level in the house and garden -Nice quiet location and close to shops -Only 12 minutes to the nearest Lidl or 5-6 to the local market -Perfectly equipped house, nothing is missing (and I was with a 5-person family) -Beautifully lit swimming pool in the evenings and in perfect cleanliness -The welcome kit was a very nice gesture and the visit with home-made pastries! -dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and microwave along with a full set of cutlery and plates. -Air conditioning in each room -parking on the property
