We were very satisfied with our stay at the Hotel. Everything was perfect. The room was clean, equipped with everything needed and very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The staff was kind, friendly and assisted us with all our needs during the stay. The location is good and there are parking spaces available. The breakfast was also okay.

Very nice staff- as we were with a toddler, they promoted us both times from a double room to a suit. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Also the location of hotel is perfect -close to the centre and also next to it there is a great bakery for breakfast:) we recommend it, and we’ ll choose it again fir our next transit trip. Thank you.

Perfect for our one night stay, we also really enjoyed having dinner in their restaurant. The lobby and the bar area have a beautiful design. Spacious room, huge beds, spotless bedsheets. Parking is included in room price.

Spotlessly clean , modern decorated and with all needed facilities, in the right proximity to the center of the city. Great help and many thanks for Viky, the owner of the downstairs coffee shop who gave us a very warming welcome , helped us finding a parking space and gave us many helpful information that made our staying even more comfortable.

The shower was straight from heaven. In all my 34 years old i have never had a shower like that. The water presure was perfect and the fac that the temperature did not fluctuate was amaizing. I am sorry i dont put the accent on cleanness or on how comfy the bed was, but for me the sower was the highlight of my staying at you.

First of all, the interaction with the host: very clear explanations for what, how and where; quick response to all requests; understanding for all situations and proper solutions for all problems of the guests. Congrats! Then, you have all you need here: this apartment offers very good conditions for accommodation, facilities and everyday necessary devices and tools. A nice terrace to spend some time outside, private parking for a car. Mazoutis (2 stores), Discount Markt and other shops are in the area, taverns and pubs (recommendation: Kouzina Bar, in the center: good food, good service). A must in Serres is to go to the Byzantine Acropolis, on the hill, and have a fantastic view over the whole city. In other words, it's nice staying in Serres.

The room was ideal for the 4 of us, a nice idea to have a mezzanine floor. Very nice lady at reception, she helped me find a doctor for my grandson. Good variety of food for breakfast, and we had room service the first night as we were very tired, it was prompt and tasty. It was great to have the pool, one of the reasons I chose the hotel, and it's location meant it was away from the city. Great sound proofing in the rooms.
