The Grand Hotel Ushba is really beautiful situated in the Becho Vally and offers an ideal starting points for (day or longer) hikes in the area. As a matter of fact, we thought the views from the valley were some of the most stunning we saw during our overall 4 days in Svaneti. The host Richard is an expert on hiking and other outdoor activities in the area and he gave us some really good tips! He also lent us his book with hikes in Svaneti region that was very helpful. We had dinner twice which was not only tasty and exactly what we needed after a long day of hiking, but also in a very nice atmosphere, cozy and with a lot of attention to detail. Breakfast was also great (warm and filling, and also available at 7 am which allowed us to start our hike early). The rooms are clean and cozy, again nicely decorated with great attention to detail.

Very romantic luxus room, you should try it! David picked-up us from Mestia center and took us back to Mestia airport. Nice family and Georgian vibe with dogs, cows, chickens, ducks, pigs and more. I-a, i-a ou! :)

🌟 We had an absolutely perfect stay at Svanieri Cottage. The place is even more beautiful than the photos, cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The view is breathtaking, and the common area was ideal for celebrating a birthday with close friends. Everything was smooth: check-in, communication, and the overall vibe. We felt right at home. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back ❤️

Beautiful little place with a view of the mountain range from the front. The property itself is very cosy and warm when it’s cold outside. The kitchen has everything necessary for a longer stay - we were there for 2 weeks. There are some good natured, cute stray animals around the area that may come to say hello, so if you miss your pets at home these guys can help bridge that gap
