Very very helpful staff, from the reception to room service. Really polite and affable staff. Very welcoming and professional. The location was great, close to everything from tourist attractions to shopping centers and very "walkable" locations around. The breakfast was great. The kitchen staff very professional. Very good value for money. There were three of us.

Very good value for money. There were three of us. This was perfect as it's bigger than a hotel room. It has a nice kitchenette so you can prepare food then and there. Very clean and tidy. Plenty of take-away in the vicinity. Very close (5 mins by car) to major shopping area. Easy enough access into Belfast. The parking was tight, but at least it's free and the car wasn't out on the street. I would stay again.

Second time staying in this fantastic suite in a fantastic location. Owners again helpful if needed, but create privacy when you stay there. Has its own private entrance. As this is my second review please see my previous one for full description of how great this place is. Why stay in a hotel when you can have home comforts in this modern, clean, cozy suite close to Belfast.

Perfect location, incredibly helpful host Colm, TV with access to Netflix and other online services. The price is very attractive compared to hotels, but the privacy of a home is incomparable. We will definitely take advantage of your hospitality next time.

The staff were amazing. Lovely hotel with excellent food and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. Breakfast had an amazing selection and was fantastic. Location was great .
