A new house with small flat. Excellent for overnight stay . Directions were difficult at one stage thought we were in Southhampton.! Hot water just takes a little to clear pipes.

We stayed in Nutach Cottage and it was perfect. It had a very 'The Holiday' vibe to it, especially in the cold cosy winter. Sarah allowed me to propose to my partner at her lakehouse (part of the property) and it was wonderful. The setting was stunning, the accomodation was warm and comfy, the local eateries were all written out and Sarah was a wonderful host. Thank you so much for giving us the perfect weekend.

Everything, Ash and Jenny had thought of everything you might need, fully equipped. Location absolutely beautiful and peaceful but in easy reach of shops, things to do, beaches etc. We have stayed in many places this one is as close to perfect as you could ever get 11 out of 10.

Gorgeous cottage in a beautiful rural location. Very clean and has everything you need. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend. There is a lovely village a couple of miles away with a great pub/restaurant too
