Marta and Alex, the young couple who own the place, are super friendly and are a fountain of information. The room was spacious and spotless, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. We had an overnight in Madrid and didn't want to stray too far from the airport. The hotel offers free airport pickup and drop off to its guests. It's an easy (less than 20 Euros) Uber ride into Madrid which is what we did.

The hotel is beautiful, looks new and very clean. It has a gym that is open 24/7 and you can grab a coffee at the reception during check in check out while waiting. What I absolutely appreciated the most is their help to resolve confusion I had. I booked originally through agoda that for some reason pulled wrong dates. When I arrived to hote I realised my confirmation was for wrong dates. I tried to ask agoda to help me cancel or move dates to correct but their customer support was non responsive for 2 hours. I had to book a room again which I did through booking this time. After agoda refused to pay me back stating hotel refuses to give a refund, Hotel staff was kind enough to let me know this is absolutely not true and they even sent an email to agoda requesting they return my money. Thank you to every single person that helped me out. Also I was very happy with pet friendly policy and my large german shepard enjoyed his stay too :)

I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that...

I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that the ride to the airport in the morning was so fast. The bathroom is modern with fantastic water pressure. Towels were thick and not old. The bed was comfortable. Having a TV guide that tells a guest what channels are available (and their number) would be a real help if you like to watch tv a bit. Wifi was fast and that is great!

We were very pleased with my stay, even we stayed for a short time.The photos accurately reflect reality — everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hostel meets hotel-level standards, with careful attention to detail, from providing an extra toothbrush to offering fresh water. The hostel manager was professional, courteous, and accommodating. I highly recommend this place

Great location for a one night stop before flying out. Having the shuttle bus is a real bonus. English communication was perfect through whatsapp and a little hit and miss at the hotel but no problem. The bar/restaurant around the corner was great value, we had the mixed seafood platter and it could have feed 4 people!!!!!

We chose the hotel based on price and distance to the airport. We were literally only there for 4 hours during which time we were sleeping. Everything was fine. Secure parking and clean comfortable rooms.

The convenience for getting to the airport. Their shuttle bus service was first rate. Despite being on a trading estate the hotel some nice little seating areas outside.
