Probably the best place I ever stay, the building is outstanding, modern and new with great style. Location unbeatable, in front of the beach, the room was perfect, everything new, big and really cousy. But the best aspect are the people who work in the hotel. They were super nice and helpful. My partner and I had to work in the lobby (really comfortable for working) and they bring us food from time to time, and they check everything was ok permanently. Overall it feels you are at home.

Well connected to Bilbao by train (only 0,55€ trip buying the 3€ card to use several people at the same time). Hotel Value for money. Nice food in the restaurant, excellent menu for lunch, 13.5€ with 2 courses, drink, bread and desert. Same for breakfast,. Staff extremely helpful and charming. Nearby the airport, had a very early flight but was no problemen getting there on time. Shuttle to airport was on time and very friendly driver. Huge building, was very fascinating for the kids. Small village in walking distance for playgrounds/shops etc.

Hospitality was wonderful. we couldn’t speak the same language but they made us feel very welcome, went out of their way, were somehow able to understood each other. The food & beverages were well priced and good portions. Located in the centre of town we were able to see most on foot. No problem parking car behind hotel. Not forgetting it is a hotel so it was quiet basic, bit of noise but it was pleasant atmosphere

Lovely big room with little terrace facing to the front. Great for our stay with our two little dogs. They even brought us two dog beds. Nice friendly welcome even though it was 10pm when we checked in. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the port for our morning sail. A little bit of luxury for the last night of our holiday.
