The room had everything a couple may need and more. It was close to the centre and in a quiet area. Free parking and a train just outside that runs to Bilbao and Bermeo, both are highly recommendable. The staff exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. The bedroom lovely and amenities throughout are 10/10. And of course the price - unbeatable. I could not find any flaws.

The ideal place for all the city sights. The front desk staff excellent very friendly and helpful. The room spacious very clean with all the amenities. The breakfast...i am speechless. Very nice, sociable and lovely host :) it's like living with a family, much more personable than a regular hotel :) it's a very animal friendly home with cute dogs, chicken, cats and a parrot :) Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a more authentic experience and wanting to talk to people. We wish Fernando and his family all the best!

Very nice place in the vicinity of the train station in Galdakao. The host, Fernando, and his sister are both very friendly and helpful. The house and garden are very nice and the so are all the animals living there. Would absolutely recommend

Very friendly staff, such a lovely breakfast, a beautiful hotel en interior. It was perfect for us!! Near a trainstation , that brought us in 15min to Bilbao. And we even took this eukotren to San Sebastian.
