GermanyWe had a wonderful stay at Barcelo! The food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. The location is perfect for those who come to enjoy the sea, just a few steps from the beach. The reception service was outstanding – we always left our room keys at the front desk when going to the beach, and everything was smooth and convenient. A special thanks goes to Victor, who was extremely helpful during our check-out and also arranged a taxi for us. Highly recommended!

Always avoided but went on a group holiday with friends & staying away from the strip found Benidorm clean well looked after with loads to do. We went when it was quiet so plenty of space whilst moving about the town & surroundings. Will definetely go back loved it.

Pleasantly surprised by Benidorm old town.
Pleasantly surprised by Benidorm old town. Lots of traditional bars and restaurants. Lovely sandy beach. Tapas alley is definitely worth a visit for delicious food. Gin alley is great for drinks and people watching.
Only visited the 'new' town once which was enough.

Benidorm has wonderful sandy beaches, and so much to do bars restaurants shows etc you never get board. Good transport links to get around, love going to the markets indoor and the outdoor one.Stayed in the old town in October such a bustling busy place with lots of shops and markets ,lots of little bars and cafes just wonderful would definitely recommend .Such a good variety of food had Spanish food paella and tapas, also English food Caspers in old town was lovely with a varied menu,food was very good.

Benidorm was Excellent great value, one of the cleanest resorts I’ve been to, great facilities,
Music entertainment excellent, very good Restaurants great variety, shopping facilities excellent. One aspect was very important I felt safe when walking around even in the evening.

well in Benidorm whether you are young or old there is something to suit everybodies needs /you can decide what suits your taste .so you can decide the location you want to be in ,It is an excellent place if you like to people watch as you sample refreshments along the front when it comes to eating out you are not spoiled for choice an excellent choice of cuisense ,so come night time you can also decide if you want to have a quiet niight or venture into the nighylife in the new town and party the night away ,another thing is to drink sensible and stay safe and if there are a few of you together look after each other and stay safe dont be put of by all the bad reports you read cos some people you will never please /so stay safe guys and enjoy your holiday

We expected the resort to be quieter in the late autumn when we visited but it was really busy, which put us off at the start. However, we had a good holiday despite the rather crowded nature of the resort.

Great location in Old Town - close to viewpoint, beach, bars and restaurants. Short walk to Benidorm strip or a few minutes in a taxi.
Apartment was a really good size with beautiful views and a great balcony. We couldn’t get a late checkout but you can use the facilities at Voramar hotel to store bags and they have a shower room and pool. Staff were brilliant at the hotel, explained how to locate the apartment easily and couldn’t do enough for us even after we had checked out

The property is situated in a perfect area. Beautiful views, close to supermarkets, perfect for a relaxing stay! The hotel is so clean and the staff are amazing, helpful & friendly! Location is perfect for the old town and a taxi to the new town is only around €7! I return here every year for the Benidorm Pride Festival 🏳️🌈

The hotel was ideally situated to easily access Old Town Benidorm and New Town, both just a short walk away.
Very clean and well presented,
Staff were friendly, especially Maria who was always very helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for her, I would definitely give this lady a 5 star rating

Collected keys from the hotel next door due to late arrival. For us this is the best location in Benidorm right on the beach, close to the old town with its shops and restaurants. The view is stunning, beach is cleaned every day.

Charming little hotel located in the old town. Just 50 meters and 70 steps from Benidorm's Old Town beach and close to all the main attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our room was clean and modern.
