This is an incredibly positive place with extremely helpful and friendly service. It's just a 7-minute walk to the main entrance of the national park, and you'll find a night market right outside the guesthouse. Upon arrival, we received a map and clear instructions on how to navigate the park's main attractions. The staff even helped us get all our entrance tickets. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting this amazing place. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable.

Avobe the facilities, we want to mention the amazing customer service. We had a full dedication from each person, even prior arriving to the hotel, they helped us with transportation from the airport, purchasing the tickets for the national park and assisttance for the hotel facilities.A 10. The property is very cozy. Perfect location for the national forest park. It is only 3 minutes walk to Wulingyuan Park Entrance. Great service and outstanding staff! The facilities are well-equipped, clean, and the service is good, with staff helping with luggage. Booking a ride online is very convenient, with direct pickup at the hotel entrance. The breakfast is quite rich, and it is very close to the East Gate. You can walk through Jinbian Stream, which has beautiful scenery and very clear water, suitable for wading and playing, although it is a bit cold now, so be careful of catching a cold. After hiking, the foot massage downstairs is very convenient for relaxing your feet.

First of all the location is great, it's right besides the entrance to the national park and theres street food 20 meters away. The room itself was definitely worth the price, really clean and fancy interior. Scott, the manager there, speaks great english and helped us a lot with booking and organizing our tour in the park. He drew us two routes and explained a lot about the park. He also offered to do our bookings for the tours in the area after we left the hotel (at normal entrance costs, no fees). The food in the buffet was also great.

Remarkably painless. Location proves strategic - a mere 8 minute 23 second constitutional to Zhangjiajie's park gates. Breakfast apparatus adequate (self-serve coffee machine produced tolerable espresso, surprising given the circumstances).  Facilities performed to specification:  Gym equipment maintained at acceptable levels of oxidation Billiard table pockets demonstrated appropriate receptivity Laundry operations prevented sartorial disaster post-monsoon hike The concierge team displayed unsettling competence - mapped three days' itinerary with alarming precision. One almost felt guilty observing their systematized efficiency.  Ground floor establishment yielded passable dumplings (though the 'Stinky Tofu Incident' shall remain classified).
