Hong KongI loved the authenticity of the building. To stay in a Tulou was so exciting. Alice has made the rooms really comfortable with all mod cons, aircon, shower etc but outside the room it's as it would have been when it was lived in by working families. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the main part of the pretty village so an easy stroll for dinner. Alice was a wonderful host and Jesse (her husband) was our fabulous driver and guide.

Taxia village is very cute with a few restaurants and coffee shops. highly recommend this place, especially family room with children.
