Very friendly hosts who helped us organise all activities. Great location with a market outside every evening and walking distance from the main park entrance. Would definitely recommend this place for people visiting Zhangjiajie National Park.

The property is very cozy. Perfect location for the national forest park. It is only 3 minutes walk to Wulingyuan Park Entrance. Great service and outstanding staff! The facilities are well-equipped, clean, and the service is good, with staff helping with luggage. Booking a ride online is very convenient, with direct pickup at the hotel entrance. The breakfast is quite rich, and it is very close to the East Gate. You can walk through Jinbian Stream, which has beautiful scenery and very clear water, suitable for wading and playing, although it is a bit cold now, so be careful of catching a cold. After hiking, the foot massage downstairs is very convenient for relaxing your feet.

First of all the location is great, it's right besides the entrance to the national park and theres street food 20 meters away. The room itself was definitely worth the price, really clean and fancy interior. Scott, the manager there, speaks great english and helped us a lot with booking and organizing our tour in the park. He drew us two routes and explained a lot about the park. He also offered to do our bookings for the tours in the area after we left the hotel (at normal entrance costs, no fees). The food in the buffet was also great.

Really great place to stay if visiting the national park. You can walk to the east entrance and also walk to the night market and evening show. Very comfy big beds and large rooms. Very quiet so had really good sleeps. The ladies at the front desk are absolutely wonderful and so so helpful. They helped us plan our days in the park and organised tickets and were so patient with all our questions.

The staff was very friendly and even helped us making the schedule during our stay. If you need suggestions they help you and tell you what you can do. The hotel is also very clean and the location is very nice if you want to visit the National Forest Park. There are a few shops and restaurants around the hotel. where you can buy a few things.
