We had an exceptional experience at this hotel from start to finish. On the special day, they organized a beautiful little celebration that made our child light up with joy – complete with decorations, a small cake, and even a personalized gift. Everything is new and in supreme condition. Staff helpful and friendly. We also made use of the free public transport option, and enjoyed the doscounted parking. Great and varied breakfast with all the usuals including pancakes, fruit and vegetables. Sound insulation was great for such a central location. We were sure we were more or less alone until we came down to breakfast to see there were a lot of other guests. A real hidden gem, would absolutely come here again.

My favorite place to stay in Lausanne. The location is perfect, I love the scent of the hotel and its unique atmosphere. People at the reception are very friendly. You simply feel welcomed, while you stay very close to the important parts of the city. The hotel is located only a few minutes from the Flon station, and it takes up to 15 minutes to get to the train station.

The hotel is located close to the metro station, easy to reach. They provide you with a free transportation card for the city. The rooms were big enough, very clean. The breakfast had many options you can choose from and they have also a dinner menu that is very good. The staff is helpful and nice. We loved the terrace with plants and the view of the lake.

On booking, I asked if there were coffee facilities in the room as it appeared that some rooms did not have this. The hotel staff went out of their way to provide me with a room that had a coffee machine, which happened to be a bigger room than the one I had booked - so effectively an upgrade.
