Everything well in shape and cool design. Very large and comfortable bed. Very friendly and professional staff. Big supermarket next to the hotel. Before we have been in the Hilton where many things were in bad condition and uncomfortable. A lot better value for money here in the Ramada.

We had an easy and fast check-in by Marco Aurelio, who was very attentive to our questions. Everybody from the front desk, restaurant, kitchen, were fantastic. we ended up not staying because my partner lost his documents with the uber and we went through a super stressful situation trying to get it back. Police officers around, etc. the staff were so fantastic and understanding, really helped us. Francisco and Anderson, thank you so much, I feel bad for all the hassle we caused but they were absolutely amazing. We would definitely stay with you again in the future. Thanks
