The staff were exceptional very polite, professional, and always ready to help. I arrived really late at night, and they still made sure everything was sorted for me the next morning. They even upgraded me to a beautiful top-floor apartment without charging extra. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Varna, and breakfast was great.
